Chief Product Officer | Marketplace & SaaS | London (Hybrid)

Backed by top-tier investors and operating at scale in both the UK and US, the business has evolved from a successful two-sided marketplace into a broader platform play, and now needs an experienced product leader to shape what comes next.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive a cohesive product vision across marketplace and SaaS offerings
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
• Partner closely with founders, commercial, and operational leaders to align product with business goals
• Shape the future of a new SaaS platform from early growth to scale (0 to 2000+ users)

What’s needed

• Senior product leadership experience - CPO, VP Product, or equivalent
• Track record scaling marketplace and / or B2B SaaS platforms
• Strong execution mindset
• Hands-on leadership style - not too far from the product, especially with mid-level PMs
• Commercial acumen and cross-functional collaboration experience
