Pay: £13.85 per hour Hours: Zero hour contract Job Description: An amazing opportunity has arisen with Swan Family, for a Child and Family Contact Supervisor to work in our Redhill Children and Family Contact Centre. Currently Saturdays only needed. The successful candidate's will be joining a very dynamic team delivering a crucial service to families. In this challenging but highly rewarding role, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and supervising family time between children and their birth families at contact centres and also out and about within the community. Duties and Responsibilities: You will complete a detailed recording of the observations you made during these sessions and will liaise with social workers, escalating any concerns, as required. You will be joining a child focussed, creative and supportive team, with a strong emphasis upon being a good corporate parent. Transport and escort children and young people. Observe and supervise contact between children, young persons and parents, including other family members. Risk managing and intervening as necessary to safeguard children. You will have good report writing skills to factually describe observations within the contact session within the agreed time scale.
