Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE) + benefits

We’re seeking a Child Care Solicitor to join our growing Family, Care & Divorce team in Derby. You’ll handle a rewarding caseload of care proceedings, working on both fee-paying and publicly funded matters within a supportive, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of care-related matters
• Represent clients in court and key meetings
• Mentor and support junior colleagues
• Build strong relationships with social services and guardians
• Ensure compliance, time recording and accurate billing
