\nJoining a specialist team close to Twickenham, the successful lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise in childcare to assist and manage a varied caseload for a designated portfolio of clients. Additionally, the successful Solicitor or Legal Executive will play a key role in the continued growth of the team and build and maintain client relationships.

They are now seeking a Childcare Solicitor on a permanent basis.

\nResponsibilities for this Childcare Solicitor vacancy:

• Advising parents and children
\n\t
• Childcare proceedings
\n\t
• Special guardianship orders
\n\t
• Adoption
\n\t
• Child protection cases
\n\t
• Attending pre-proceeding meetings
\n\t
• Representation at contested final hearings
\n\t
• Building client relationships
\n\t
• Participating in business development activities
\n

Qualifications and Experience for this Childcare Solicitor role:

\n\t
• Qualified solicitors and legal executives with a between 2-5 years PQE
\n\t
• Technically proficient in childcare matters
\n\t
• Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills  
\n\t
• IT literate with expertise in Microsoft Office
\n\t
• Knowledge of Proclaim is desirable
\n\t
• Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
\n\t
• Has an aptitude for business development
\n

• Salary of £48,000 - £60,000 very much dependent on experience
