Job Description Childcare Solicitor – 1+ years’ PQE – Staffordshire - An exciting opportunity for a Childcare Solicitor to work in a sensitive but rewarding area of law, where you will have the chance to make a real difference to families and children during a challenging time in their lives.
\nTHE ROLE:
\n• An excellent opportunity to build on your expertise within a supportive team, with the chance to play a key role in business development and the continued success of the family department.
\n• Taking responsibility for supporting clients through care proceedings, from initial involvement right through to final hearings.
\n• Advising on special guardianship applications and related public law matters.
\n• Undertaking your own advocacy and representing clients in court.
\n• Delivering clear, compassionate guidance to vulnerable clients facing complex and often highly sensitive situations.

\nTHE CANDIDATE:
\n• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ PQE as a Childcare Solicitor and will be looking for the next step in their career.
\n• Able to manage your own caseload with experience in public children law matters.
\n• A strong communicator, with the ability to empathise and remain calm under pressure.
\n• Confident in explaining complex legal issues in clear, reassuring language.
