The Role This children's home provides a safe, nurturing and structured environment where young people are supported to build confidence, develop life skills and prepare for adulthood. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will: Develop positive, trusting relationships with children and young people Safeguard and promote their welfare at all times Support young people who may require high levels of supervision Lead shifts and provide guidance to Residential Support Workers Contribute to staff supervision, rotas, risk assessments and care planning Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently Aged 22 or over (in line with Ofsted regulations) NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare Full manual driving licence Confident leading shifts and supporting colleagues 50 per sleep-in 100 bonus for a 'Good' Ofsted outcome and £200 for 'Outstanding' Long service awards: £224 hours annual leave, increasing to 248 hours after 4 years Additional 3.5 days leave (birthday, wellbeing, volunteering and festive leave) Health cashback plan covering dental, optical and physiotherapy treatments Company pension scheme Please refer them to us at Chase Medical and ask for Rob.
