In this rewarding role, you'll work directly with children and young people who may have:
✅ Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
✅ Mental health needs
✅ Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
✅ Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Your role will include:
* Providing 1:1 or group support tailored to individual care plans
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Promoting independence, emotional well-being, and social development
* Supporting with daily routines, personal care, and structured activities
* Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other agencies
