Full-Time | Children’s Residential Service
We are recruiting for children Support Workers to join our client based in Teddington, a children’s residential home supporting young people aged 10–17 with emotional and behavioural needs.
This is a rewarding role for a reliable, resilient and committed individual who can ensure the safety and wellbeing of young people.
Full time role X4 shifts / 40 hours per week, days or nights are available
Key Responsibilities

Ensuring the safety and welfare of young people
*
Conducting welfare checks for young people identified as high risk
*
Reporting and following procedures for absent or missing young people
*
Providing therapeutic, trauma-informed support to young people
*
Managing challenging behaviour using positive behaviour support strategies
*
Building strong, professional relationships with young people
*
Supporting daily routines, emotional wellbeing and development
*
Working collaboratively with the residential care team
Essential & Desirable Criteria
*
Full UK driving licence (desirable)
*
Experience in children’s or adult social care (essential)
*
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
*
Level 3 Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
*
Enhanced DBS (preferred – can be arranged)
