About the Role

A Local Authority in Ealing, are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fostering and Permanence Panel Co-ordinator to join our Children and Families Directorate. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of fostering and permanence panels, supporting decisions that safeguard and promote the welfare of children in care.

You will manage all aspects of panel coordination, including scheduling, preparing documentation, and providing a full minuting service. Accuracy and confidentiality are paramount, as you will record complex discussions and ensure recommendations are documented and distributed within statutory timescales.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage fostering and permanence panels and ADM decision-making meetings. Prepare agendas, distribute case papers, and liaise with social workers, panel members, and advisors.
