We're now looking for a Children's Complex Care Assistant to support a young boy living in his family home in Hartfield . Your Role You'll deliver specialist one-to-one care in the family home, including: Clinical Interventions Tracheostomy care Ventilation support PEG feeding Medication administration You'll receive full, client-specific upskilling from our dedicated Nurse, including tracheostomy training, so you feel confident and supported in every shift.
