About the Role:

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the children’s residential home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. You will lead, motivate and develop the staff team to deliver consistent, child-centred support. Your work will directly impact the safety, wellbeing and development of the children and young people in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Registered Manager with the overall management of the home, ensuring it meets Ofsted regulations and internal quality standards. Lead, supervise and motivate the staff team to deliver consistent, therapeutic and child-focused care.
