It also boasts a large garden, the perfect place to encourage children to participate in a wide range of activities, such as outdoor play and holistic development in order to promote emotional well-being, resilience, and confidence.With a strong emphasis on building trusting relationships and promoting a family home setting, the dedicated staff team offers consistent, child-centred support tailored to each young persons individual needs. Children living in this home have been here for a number of years and will only move on for positive steps forward in their lives. By utilising therapeutic methods of care such as PACE and therapeutic parenting, you and your team will ensure children feel safe, understood, and emotionally supported, enabling them to process past experiences in a supportive space.As a Childrens Residential Emotional Wellbeing Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the children receive high-quality support in their day-to-day lives. You will oversee tasks and contribute to the smooth running of each day. You will also support with care planning and risk assessments, contribute to team meetings, and act as a positive role model for both young people and colleagues.
