Registered Children's Home Manager - Liverpool

Salary Package: Up to £60,000 + Bonuses

Are you a dedicated leader committed to delivering outstanding therapeutic care? We are seeking a high-calibre Registered Manager to lead our established 3-bedded residential service in Liverpool.

This home specializes in supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Currently boasting a "GOOD" Ofsted rating, we need a manager who can maintain these high standards while driving the service toward "Outstanding."

Your Key Responsibilities

As the Registered Manager, you will have full autonomy over the home’s operational, financial, and compliance success:

* Ofsted Registration: Formally hold the registration with Ofsted as the Home Manager.

* Excellence & Compliance: Consistently meet and exceed all regulatory and company quality standards.

* Team Leadership: Lead the recruitment, management, and mentorship of a dedicated staff team.

* Operational Control: Oversee daily functions, manage the home’s budget, and handle the referral process.

* Strategic Collaboration: Partner effectively with the Responsible Individual (RI), HR, and Operations teams.

Contract & Essential Requirements

* Up to £60,000 per annum, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.

* Full-time, permanent position.

* Deputy or Registered Manager within a children's residential setting is essential.
