Children's Home Manager - Preston

Salary: Up to £75,000 Package + Bonuses

Are you an experienced, passionate leader ready to manage multiple sites and maximize your impact? We are seeking a dedicated Children's Home Manager to strategically lead two solo, EBD residential services in Preston.

This is a key strategic role where you will create a positive, therapeutic environment and ensure the absolute highest standards of care across both homes, which support young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Your Core Responsibilities

As the Dual Service Manager, you will drive the strategic direction and operational performance of both services:

* Ofsted Registration: Formally register with Ofsted as the manager for both services.

* Compliance & Policy: Develop necessary company policies and ensure full regulatory compliance across both sites.

* Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to ensure both services are safe, effective, and achieve excellent outcomes.

* Team Management: Manage, recruit, and develop the staff teams across both homes.

* Operational Oversight: Oversee budgets, resources, and the referral process for both services.

Contracts and Requirements

* Compensation: Up to £75,000 Package (including salary and performance bonuses).

* Contract: Full-time, Permanent contract
