We are looking to recruit an Ofsted Registered Manager for a Residential Children’s Home based in Oldbury. The home is 3 bedded children’s role dealing with Trauma and EBD.
Title: Children's Home Registered Manager
Location: Oldbury
Salary: £50 - £65K plus bonuses
Main Duties:
* Manage the Childrens home from the ground up to ensure that it meets all standards that are expected
* Achieve good or outstanding ofsted for the home and maintain the standard
* Enure the home is staffed adaquentley by managing teams along with rotas, holidays and absenses as well as recruiting all staff required for the home
* Make sure all procedures and safeguarding is in place and adhered to
* Deliver outstanding level of care to all the children
* Ensure all health and safety regulations are fully observed
* Confidentiality is always kept including that around residents, employees, systems and procedures, both during and after employment
As part of our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children and young people, the successful candidate is expected to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
