Were looking for an experienced, therapeutically minded Ofsted Registered Manager to lead a wonderful childrens EBD home in Nuneaton . This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a home, inspire a committed staff team, and make a genuine, lasting difference to the lives of vulnerable children. The Role As Registered Manager, youll be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and compliance of the childrens home, supporting young people aged 817 with emotional and behavioural difficulties . Youll: Lead, develop, and motivate a skilled residential care team
Create a warm, stable, and therapeutic home environment
Champion therapeutically informed practice , including PACE
Work closely with the Responsible Individual, psychologists, and therapists
Drive excellent outcomes for children and positive Ofsted inspections
Whats on Offer Salary up to £55,000 (dependent on experience, qualifications & outcomes) plus bonus
