An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new childrens residential home in North Warwickshire.

This role offers the chance to shape a service from the ground up, embed therapeutic practice at its core, and be part of a values-led organisation committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

The Role:

As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the leadership, quality, and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance.

You will:

• Lead and develop a childrens home in line with therapeutic values and Ofsted regulations

• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, compassionate staff team

• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive

• Ensure consistently high standards of safeguarding, care planning, and quality assurance

• Contribute to the wider development and growth of the organisation as part of a collaborative leadership community

About You:

You are a confident, values-driven leader with a strong background in childrens residential care.

You will have:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in childrens residential care

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)

• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches

• A genuine commitment to child-centred practice

• The ability to lead, motivate, and develop others
