About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you will lead your own residential home and inspire a skilled team to provide outstanding care. With your guidance, the home will offer stability, positive role models, and a safe, welcoming space for children to call their own.
To support the very best people in these vital roles, our client offers a £5,000 relocation bonus for anyone willing to move to take up the position. Alongside the competitive base salary, you could also earn up to £18,000 annually in quarterly performance bonuses , based on home occupancy and achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
What Were Looking For
We are seeking someone who has:
5+ years experience in residential childcare
2+ years experience supervising or managing staff
NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)
A proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding in recent Ofsted inspections
