This role is for a new home on the Wirral, CH44. The home will be registered for 2 children. There will be a staff team of 6 - deputy manager, 2 senior support workers and 3 support workers. This is a great opportunity to open a new home and recruit a staff team. Must have 2 years experience in the last 5 years, one year in a supervisory role. Must have L3 and be working towards L5. L3 (but no L5) £51,872.13 L3 & L5 £53,942.13 Bonus for Ofsted Inspection On call payments (on cal approximately once or twice a month) After probation you will get private medical insurance and growth shares.
