Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a well-established children’s home and make a lasting difference?

Balfor Recruitment is proud to be working with a stable and nurturing 3-bed residential home supporting children and young people aged 5–17 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD). With a committed and experienced team already in place, this is a fantastic opportunity for a strong, child-focused leader to drive excellence and shape positive futures.

As the Registered Manager of the home, you will:

* Hold and maintain Ofsted registration, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

* Provide strong, visible leadership that inspires and motivates your team

* Create and oversee high-quality, person-centred care plans tailored to each child.

* Promote a therapeutic, outcome-focused culture across the home.
