We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a childrens residential home (EBD). You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, full Ofsted compliance, and positive outcomes for young people.

• Register with Ofsted and maintain compliance with regulations and standards
• Lead the home to deliver high-quality care and positive outcomes
• Promote safeguarding and child protection at all times
• Manage, support, and develop the staff team
• Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee performance, resources, and service delivery
• Promote continuous improvement and best practice

• Minimum 2 years experience in childrens residential care (within the last 5 years)
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation
• Ofsted registration as a Registered Manager (preferred)
• Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (preferred)
