Registered Manager Residential Childrens Home (Liverpool)
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a residential childrens home in Liverpool.
Key Requirements:
Must have successfully gone through Ofsted registration Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Manager in a childrens residential setting Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards Ability to lead, develop, and manage a team effectively Experience in registering new homes (desirable)
Role Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the home Ensure high-quality care and support for children and young people Maintain compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations Lead on registration of one or two homes Promote a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment
Salary & Benefits:
£50,000 per annum (for one home) £60,000 per annum (for two homes) £2,500 bonus upon successful registration of each home
