TheRole:RegisteredManager

WerelookingforanexperiencedanddrivenRegisteredManagertoleadourchildrenshomeinWeymouth,supportingyoungpeopleaged9-17.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillbringstrongleadership,strategicinsight,andapassionfordeliveringoutstandingcare.Theywilloverseeallaspectsofthehome,ensuringhighstandardsofemotionalandphysicalsupport,safeguarding,andpreparationforindependence,inlinewiththehome',whodemonstratesproactivesafeguarding,effectiveplacementplanning,andavalues-led,aspirationalapproachtocare.

RoleRequirements:

  • AnNVQLevel5inleadershipandmanagementorequivalent.
  • Atleast3yearsexperienceworkingasamanagerwithinaResidentialChildcaresetting.
  • KnowledgeoftheChildrensHomeRegulationsandOfstedRequirements.
  • Excellentwrittenandoralcommunicationskills.
  • Computerliteracyandaneyefordetail.
  • Adrivinglicenceandhaveaccesstoacartocompleteyourduties.
  • Youwillbeworkingaminimumof39hourswithsomeflexibilitytoensuretheneedsofthehomearemet.
  • Therolewillincludemainlyofficebaseddays,butalsomayincludeshiftsinthehome,weekendworkingandsleepinshifts.
  • YouwillalsobeexpectedtobepartofarollingrotapatternwithotherRegisteredManagersandDeputyManagerstosupportwithManageroncalls.
