As a Deputy Manager, you will assist in leading and supporting the team while ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered. Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about working with children who have had a challenging start in life and who will embody their ethos. Responsibilities: Assist the manager in achieving the aims and objectives outlined in the Statement of Purpose. Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager. Provide leadership and support to the staff team to meet the needs of the children. Undertake direct work with children and young people as needed. Manage child protection concerns and complaints.
