The home supports up to 3 young people in a nurturing, family-style environment and has been rated GOOD in all areas by Ofsted. Recently refurbished and located close to the town centre, the service is known for its strong relationships, consistency, and positive outcomes for young people.About the RoleAs Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the leadership team, helping to shape the culture and direction of the home.
