This opportunity is to manage a brand new home and lead the service through the registration process and build the team.

The home is leaning towards being more LD specialist, however for the role EBD, LD and dual experience managers will be considered.

Working for a relatively new company there is the opportunity to grow and with strategic growth towards being the Responsible Individual (RI) for the company due to inevitable expansion.

Leading the Ofsted registration process Building and managing a full staff team Embedding the safeguarding structure Delivering high-quality care and outcomes Managing the budget and operation performance Working closely with the Directors and the RI to ensure compliance and growth ABOUT YOU
