The nature of the work is dynamic and diverse, with each day presenting new and unique tasks – no two days are the same! From organising activities to 1:1 support to attending off site activities there is no telling what each day would bring. As a Children and Young Person’s Residential Support Worker, you'll need to be adaptable, flexible and a pro at reading situations to guide our young people towards making positive choices.

New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.
