Are you an experienced childcare professional with a passion for supporting young people? We are seeking 7 Childrens Residential Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Derby, working across three childrens homes. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children and young people can grow and thrive.
The Role As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will work alongside senior staff to deliver high-quality care to children and young people with emotional, behavioural, or developmental needs. You will: Provide safe, consistent, and nurturing support within the home Assist children with daily routines, activities, and life skills Contribute to care plans, risk assessments, and team discussions Attend training and development sessions to enhance your knowledge and practice Build positive, trusting relationships that support emotional wellbeing and independence
