The Role
We are currently looking forexperienced Support Workersto join our growing team. You will be supporting vulnerable young people in a variety of settings, helping them with daily activities and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing person-centred care and support

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, and medication support

  • Supporting individuals to access the community and maintain social activities

  • Maintaining accurate records and care notes

  • Working collaboratively with other care professionals and families

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Support Worker in the UK

  • Good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Right to work in the UK

  • A caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude
