About the Role
We’re working with a well-established children’s home that’s expanding, and we’re looking for people who want to start a career in children’s residential care.
The home is a 2-bed EBD children’s home for young people aged 8–18, based in Nottingham (NG9). You don’t need experience—we care more about who you and if you can make a real difference in a child's life.

What’s on Offer
* £12.50 per hour
* £65 per sleep-in
* Average annual salary: £30,000–£33,000
* Flexible: bank, permanent, full-time, or part-time
* 2 on / 4 off shift pattern
* Full training and structured support
* Level 4 Children’s Residential qualification after 1 month
* Opportunities to progress to Level 5 Leadership & Management
