About Our Client

Our client is a reputable provider of children’s residential services, dedicated to creating safe, nurturing homes where young people can thrive. Their homes are well-resourced and professionally staffed to offer stability and emotional support for children aged 8–18. They are committed to empowering staff through training, development, and structured career progression.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in providing day-to-day care, stability, and emotional support to the young person in our Ollerton solo placement home. This is a low-risk, nurturing environment focused on building routines, emotional wellbeing, and personal development—not a setting with daily aggressive behaviours. The home supports one young person who is settled and responds positively to encouragement and structure.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality, child-centred care on a daily basis

* Support the development and delivery of individual care plans

* Build positive, nurturing relationships with the young person

* Encourage independence, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth

* Work collaboratively with senior staff, management, and external professionals

What We’re Looking For

* QCF Level 3/4 in Children & Young People (preferred)

* Experience in residential childcare (minimum 1 year preferred)

* Understanding of child development and safeguarding

* Full UK driving licence
