About the Role As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you’ll: * Provide hands-on care, guidance, and support to children and young people. * Act as a positive role model, inspiring both the children and your team. * Keep accurate records, including daily logs, incident reports, and safeguarding documentation. * Contribute to creating a nurturing, high-quality home environment in line with Ofsted standards. About You To thrive in this role, you’ll need: * Experience in children’s residential care, including managing challenging behaviours. * A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)(desirable). * A Full UK Driving Licence. * Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and regular sleep-ins.
