We have an openign for Senior and a Residential Support Worker. As a Senior/ Residential Support Worker, youll provide nurturing, consistent care in a safe and structured environment. Youll support children to understand their past experiences, manage their feelings, and develop self-esteem, while working closely with a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team. This is a role for someone who is reflective, resilient, and passionate about making a long-term impact.
