AtAmegreenChildrens Services, we provide therapeutic residential care for children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs in warm, nurturing homes across rural West Berkshire and Hampshire. Our teams use a trauma-informed, PACE-based approach to help young people feel safe, understood and able to grow, supported by strong clinical input and a warm, reflective staff culture. The role As a Childrens Residential Support Worker , youll be part of a close-knit team providing day-to-day care, support and guidance for children and young people living in our homes. You will work a shift rota that includes days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. What youll be doing Build safe, trusting relationships with children and young people
Support daily routines such as school, mealtimes, activities and bedtime
Help young people develop life skills, confidence and independence
