We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated children's Residential support worker to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to children and young people living in our residential homes.

The role involved supporting children with emotional behaviour and social needs in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. You will play a key role in helping young people develop independence, confidence, and life skills while promoting their overall well-being.

Requirement for our support workers

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a children's home

NVQ level 3 in Residential Childcare

Must be restraint trained
