This pioneering service will provide a safe, nurturing, and homely environment for young people aged 1018 who are facing emotional and behavioural difficulties. Your Role As a Support Worker, youll play a central role in each childs development and day-to-day care. Your responsibilities will include: Building strong, trusting, and supportive relationships Developing and implementing individual, strength-based care plans Advocating for each child and ensuring their voice is heard Supporting them in education, training, or work placements Encouraging and participating in hobbies and leisure activities Promoting emotional well-being through therapeutic, trauma-informed approaches Managing health appointments and liaising with external professionals Maintaining a safe, secure, and family-style ...
