Lead, support and develop a small team of Chiller Engineers Allocate PPM and maintenance tasks and review outcomes Monitor team productivity against KPIs Oversee repairs, maintenance and winterisation of returning fleet assets Diagnose and repair faults on chillers and associated equipment Maintain accurate technical data sheets for all fleet equipment Ensure full compliance with F-Gas and documentation requirements Support other depots with compliance and record keeping Order parts and manage stock both in-depot and for field operations Liaise with internal departments to plan fleet availability - especially during summer peak season Maintain accurate records across all company computer systems Take full operational responsibility for chillers, AHUs, pumps and similar assets Benefits Company van with personal use permitted Unlimited overtime available On call standby xehkeey 25 days holiday + Bank holidays with Birthday leave after 1 years service Company pension scheme Life Assurance scheme and Health Cash Plan Employee assistance program to support health & wellbeing Employee referral scheme Paid ongoing training & development
