What were looking for: 5+ years experience cooking authentic Chinese cuisine

Strong knowledge of traditional techniques and ingredients

Ability to help set up a new kitchen and menu

Passion for consistency, quality, and flavour

Flexible, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Experience with regional Chinese cuisine is a plus
