Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential to renew or convert to a permanent role based on performance)

Location: London

Chinese Speaking Office Manager - What You'll be Doing Each Day:

* Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment

* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant UK regulations

* Liaise with external advisors, including legal and immigration consultants where necessary

* Coordinate international travel itineraries, and associated bookings.

* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

* Provide general administrative and operational support to the team

Chinese Speaking Office Manager - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

* Proficiency in Mandarin and English language (writing and speaking)

* Solid Office Manager or similar hands-on administrative role

* Experience with UK Sponsor License application(s) is required.

* Familiarity with UK legal and regulatory frameworks/UK employment law.

* Team player with ability to work independently

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
