Alecto Recruitment is working with a leading company in the power generation and renewable energy sector, who are seeking a CHP Field Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of generator assets across multiple sites. This is a regional role with travel across the UK and occasional stayaways, offering a hands-on position within a growing and technically diverse environment.

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repair on CHP plant, generators, and associated electrical and mechanical systems. Support installation, commissioning, and integration of new equipment and sites. Assist and guide Operations staff with servicing, breakdowns, and routine maintenance. Maintain and inspect plant including pumps, motors, PV systems, energy storage, and heat equipment. Ensure compliance with HSQE standards, company procedures, and legislation.
