Salary/Rate: £450 - £465 per day

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a delivery-focused Cifas Technical Project Manager to join their team for an initial six-month contract.
**Candidate MUST have previous Cifas project experience or they will not be considered**
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end rollout of the Cifas Vision project - a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing fraud detection and intelligence sharing across our security operations. This role will be pivotal in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing technical dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of a secure, scalable, and compliant solution.
* Project Leadership: Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and post-implementation review.
* Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders (Security, IT, Legal, Compliance, Data Governance) and external partners (Cifas, vendors, integrators).
* Technical Oversight: Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure technical feasibility, integration, and data security.
* Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and resource forecasts.
* Risk & Compliance: Ensure the solution aligns with regulatory, data protection, and internal security standards.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including the CSO and programme steering committees.
* Change Management: Support training, communications, and adoption strategies across impacted teams.
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Proven experience delivering complex technical projects, ideally in fraud prevention, security, or financial services.
* Strong understanding of data integration, API management, and secure data handling.
* Familiarity with Cifas or similar fraud intelligence platforms is highly desirable.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
* Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:
* PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certification.
* Background in cybersecurity, data analytics, or enterprise architecture.
