About the Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join their Civils team on essential water infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in delivering safe, clean drinking water from project inception through to completion. Working within a supportive team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape your own technical deliverables and make a tangible impact on communities in the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

·Review and check project scopes to ensure outcomes are achieved

·Provide technical solutions and support on capital projects, producing design drawings, CDM documents, and job specification packs

·Check colleagues’ work for technical quality

·Mentor Graduate Civil Engineers and apprentices, supporting their development

·Liaise with internal and external teams to secure project approvals

·Visit sites to carry out audits and provide guidance to contractors

What Our Client is Looking For:

·HNC, HND, or degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

·Experience in a Civil Engineer role with ability to manage your own deliverables

·Strong understanding of industry standards and specifications

·Knowledge and practical application of CDM 2015

·Experience in design, construction, or maintenance of infrastructure and non-infrastructure assets

·Ability to work independently and collaboratively

·Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

·Right to work in the UK without restrictions
