This is a Chartered-led environment with strong technical standards and senior involvement in projects from inception to delivery

You will ideally bring:

  • Chartered status (ICE or equivalent)
  • Strong consultancy background in civil infrastructure design
  • Proven experience in drainage, SuDS, flood risk assessments, access roads and car parks
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and supporting professional development
  • Commercial awareness, including fees, invoicing and team performance
  • A collaborative, values-led leadership style

WHAT’S ON OFFER

  • Salary £65,000–£70,000 depending on experience

  • Private healthcare for employees
  • Hybrid working, up to 2 days from home (Office days Wednesday & Friday)
  • Clear progression towards Director level
  • Potential for future shareholding / partnership
