Role Overview: We’re seeking a Civil Design Lead to own and deliver civil engineering design for utility-scale renewable energy projects. You’ll lead design from concept to construction, ensuring compliance, performance, and constructability while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities: Lead civil design for PV and BESS projects (site layouts, grading, drainage, access roads). Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analysis. Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and documentation. Ensure compliance with UK planning, environmental, and CDM standards. Coordinate with geotechnical, electrical, and construction teams.
