SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER London

Are you a Senior Civil Engineer with strong consultancy experience looking to lead complex urban development projects in London? This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer who wants technical ownership, project variety and progression within a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy.

You will be joining a respected design team delivering regeneration, residential and transport-led schemes across the UK. This Senior Civil Engineer role offers the chance to shape sustainable civil engineering solutions while working closely with architects, planners and developers on high-profile projects.

The role

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will take responsibility for design delivery from feasibility through to construction while supporting junior engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering highways, drainage, utilities and earthworks designs for complex developments * Preparing technical reports, drainage strategies and planning submissions * Liaising with local authorities, statutory undertakers and clients * Producing designs using Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, Flow or InfoDrainage * Ensuring design quality, compliance and sustainable outcomes * Mentoring junior engineers and supporting collaborative design working

About you

This role suits a capable Senior Civil Engineer ready to lead.

You will ideally have:

* Degree qualification in Civil Engineering * Around 6+ years' UK consultancy experience * Strong understanding of SuDS, S278 and S38 highways and site levels * Knowledge of DMRB, Sewers for Adoption and CIRIA guidance * A proactive and collaborative approach
