Key Responsibilities:

Assisting solicitors with a wide range of civil litigation matters including contract disputes, debt recovery, landlord and tenant disputes, and property litigation Drafting legal documents, letters before action, court forms, and correspondence Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries Managing and updating case files, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional and efficient manner Attending client meetings and taking detailed notes Supporting the preparation of court bundles and case management documentationThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
