Job Description
Job Title: Civil Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Bude, North Cornwall
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (9am–5pm)

The Role:
You will manage your own caseload of civil litigation matters, which will include:
Property and boundary disputes
Contentious probate and trust litigation
Professional negligence claims
Contract disputes and family-related fallouts
General civil disputes and private client litigation
Work is referred from multiple offices, giving you a consistent pipeline of files to pick up as you choose.
What You’ll Need:
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in civil litigation
Confidence to work as the firm’s sole litigator (with support available as needed)
Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
