We foster a culture where belonging comes first, and our supportive Litigation team values collaboration, feedback and creative thinking to deliver practical, successful outcomes for our clients.What you'll be doingYou will manage a diverse civil litigation caseload across a range of sectors, including:UtilitiesFinancial services and telecommunicationsB2B contractual claimsPrivate parking and statutory penaltiesYour role will involve managing Civil Litigation matters such as:Money claimsRent recoveryEnforcement proceedingsYou will also be responsible for overseeing and supervising work, including:Case assessments and advising clientsDrafting complex legal documents, including statements of case, applications and correspondenceProviding general legal updates and briefsYou will work 7 hours per day, ideally 9:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, although other shift patterns will be considered for the successful candidate.
