With a strong client-first philosophy and deep legal expertise, we are committed to achieving effective outcomes in both personal and commercial disputes.Role Description – Civil Litigation Solicitor (Housing & Landlord & Tenant)We are seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our London office on a full-time, office-based basis. This role has a strong focus on Housing and Landlord & Tenant matters, alongside broader civil litigation work. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, advising clients on contentious matters from inception through to resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting negotiations, managing court proceedings, and representing clients where required.You will work closely with clients to provide clear, practical, and commercially sound advice, while maintaining the firm’s high standards of service. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm’s civil litigation and housing practice.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a caseload of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on housing and landlord & tenant disputesAdvising landlords and tenants on possession claims, disrepair, tenancy disputes, and related housing issuesDrafting pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and court documentsConducting negotiations and representing clients in hearings where appropriateEnsuring compliance with procedural rules and court deadlinesMaintaining accurate case files and delivering high standards of client careQualifications & ExperienceQualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a valid practising certificateStrong experience in Civil Litigation, particularly Housing and Landlord & Tenant lawExcellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skillsAbility to manage a varied caseload with strong organisational and analytical skillsProven experience within a reputable law firm and a track record of successful case outcomesA proactive, professional, and client-focused approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
