Civils Design Project Manager Job Overview

Lead and coordinate the design team, managing the programme and resolving technical conflicts between design packages. Identify and assess risks across design interfaces, evaluating commercial, operational and practical impacts. Chair internal and client-facing design review meetings, driving actions and outcomes. Support the construction team in developing effective temporary works solutions. Oversee design delivery in a BIM environment and ensure full alignment with project goals. Define and manage project deliverables including asset information, 3D models, MEICA specifications and O&M manuals. Review all design submissions prior to client issue.
